The main product worked as described. This is a surge protector and obviously it should protect the electronics of my Overhead door openenr. The last surge protector I had was from Belkin and it did not protect my circuit pack. Belkin did not pay for the damages. Hopefully, this surge protector will do the job. What I expect is that it will "blow" if a surge is present. I would rather pay [$] for another surge protector than have to pay $ 150 bucks to have a fried circuit board replaced. This unit also allows you to protect against surges from the remote wired control and the two door sensors. I was not able to get these circuits working according to the detailed instructions. I chose to leave them unconnected.
